About Wagonkered

Wagonkered is a family run mobile bar service based in the heart of Somerset, run by husband & wife duo – Sophie & Matt. Whether you are organising a wedding, festival, party or corporate event, we would love to help! We are fully licensed, insured and have a range of packages available to suit all events. We are dedicated to going to extra mile to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Johnny the VW cab

Johnny is a road legal 1970 low light single VW cab, purchased and imported from Italy in 2014. Johnny as we have name him has been restored & converted in to a full service mobile bar. Johnny serves a range of drinks such a draught beers & cider, a selection of wine & prosecco, spirits & soft drinks – something for everyone.

Stan the 1979 VW

Stan is a road legal 1978 VW pickup. He has been rebuilt and resprayed to match the Wagonkered colours. We have also installed a state-of-the-art stainless-steel frame which houses all the beer taps & optics. Stan is perfect for large events & festivals.

Hire

Cash Bar

We attend your event with Johnny our VW bar. Prior to the event we liaise with you to plan the perfect menu, we apply for the licence and can handle all of your liquid catering needs. Your guests simply pay for the drinks from an agreed price list. Drinks packages can be included in this option including welcome drinks, toast drinks & table wine.

Subsidised Bar

Similar to a cash bar, except you can provide a certain amount of complementary drinks for your guests. Once the set amount of drink run out, guests can then buy any further drinks they would like.

Pre-paid Bar

With our pre-paid bar, the host can either pay a fixed cost per head or run a tab for the duration of the event.

Dry Hire

If you would simply like to have the bar there but you supply your own drinks. We can supply the glassware and staff.

We understand that every event is different, and we are happy to let you put your stamp on our offering and service. We would love to work with you to tailor a package to meet your requirements, from cocktails to spirits, from table wine to welcome drinks, lets do your day… your way!
